Insurance

We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality care and the most convenient financial options. As a courtesy to our patients we do file insurance claims. We would ask that you bring your insurance information with you to your initial visit. During this initial visit we will give you the best estimate of coverage for your treatment. Please note that all insurance benefits and allowances are different per employer. Keeping in mind that dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. Please refer to your dental benefit packages for your individual benefits provided by your plan.
